      Cheat on Deviled Eggs with Deviled Eggs. Introducing the snack equivalent of discovering Grandma secretly fronts a Tejano band. Think classic hors d’oeuvres with a spicy protein plot twist. Call over the neighbors. These Quest Green Deviled Eggs are the kind of good, old-fashioned cheating everybody can enjoy.

      Quest Green Deviled Eggs

      NUTRITIONAL INFO

      QUEST DEVILED EGGS

      Yields: 5 servings |  Serving Size: 2 eggs

      Calories: 150  | Protein: 10g  | Fat: 10g | Net Carb: 2g

      Total Carb: 2g   | Sugar: 1g

      Ingredients

      QUEST DEVILED EGGS

      • 5 eggs
      • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
      • 2 tbsp sour cream
      • 1 tsp dijon mustard
      • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
      • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
      • 1 tbsp lemon juice
      • Salt and pepper to taste
      • 1 bag Quest Chili Lime Tortilla Chips

      Other:

      • 4 drops green food coloring
      • 2 tbsp white distilled vinegar

      Method

      1. Hard boil and peel the eggs.
      2. Cut the eggs in half and place the yolks into a bowl along with the mayonnaise, sour cream, dijon, chives, parsley, lemon and salt and pepper and then mix until combined.
      3. Stir in the crushed chips. Set aside.
      4. In a large bowl, add hot water, food coloring and vinegar.
      5. Drop the egg whites in and let sit for 15 minutes.
      6. Remove and place them onto a paper towel.
      7. Fill each egg white cavity with the yolk mixture and top with chopped chives. Serve.
